This month, we’re shining a spotlight on a team that truly brings the heart of FCBC to life—on screen, online, and behind the scenes. Meet the FCBC Connect Team and Gifted Hands, the dynamic duo responsible for capturing and creating the powerful worship experience we love each week.

The Connect Team is the engine behind the production of our Worship Experiences. From camera operators to lighting techs, video switchers to ProPresenter operators, these volunteers help create the atmosphere that helps us all connect with God and with each other. Whether you’re behind a camera or helping to manage the stage, every role plays a part in what we see and feel in the room—and online. No experience? No worries. If you’re willing to learn, we’re ready to train!

And then there’s Gifted Hands, our team of digital storytellers and content creators. These creatives are passionate about capturing FCBC’s heart through photography, video, editing, design, and social media. Whether they’re building out a campaign, designing a graphic, or capturing a powerful worship moment—Gifted Hands ensures our message reaches far beyond the four walls of the church.
