The retreat will be held from February 21-23, 2019 at the Andaz Hotel in Savannah, GA. You should plan to arrive in Savannah, GA. no later than 3:00 PM on THURSDAY to check-in for registration and join the opening worship service. Plan your departure from the Retreat Hotel to leave after 2:00pm on Saturday because the closing worship service ends at 12:00 PM and we would like for you to stay at the retreat through its entirety.
Registration includes retreat materials, T-shirt, gift bag, 2 meals, workshops, plenary sessions, worship services, and excursion through the great city of Savannah, GA. Registration begins September 23, 2018 and ends January 9, 2019.
All sales are final. No refunds or transfers. Final payment is due no later than January 9, 2019.
Casual attire is required at all workshop sessions, plenary sessions and worship services. You will also need casual attire (including walking shoes) for leisure time. All attire must be appropriate. Please check the weather for updates before you pack. All participants are required to wear their name tags for entrance to workshops, plenary sessions, meals and worship services.
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from Savannah, GA. as well as to and from the Retreat Hotel.
Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (about 10 miles from Hotel Location - 20 mins driving)
Please check with your airline for carry-on and checked luggage charges. Many airlines require you to arrive 2 to 3 hours prior to departure to ensure that you and your luggage will make the flight so please make sure you know what time you need to arrive at the airport. Also be careful with liquids and gels.
We will be staying at the Andaz Hotel located at 14 Barnard St. Savannah, GA. Please visit our website www.fcbcnyc.org to register. Hotel is included in your registration price. Please note that FCBC not will be responsible for any charges for incidentals incurred by any participant/guest.
Who Can Come
This Retreat is open only to adult men ages 21 and older. All participants must be registered and wear their name tag for entrance to workshops, meals and worship services.
What to Bring
Please bring your positive attitude and open spirit. The attire is casual. Please be sure to bring a sweater or blazer as hotel rooms are often cold.
We recommend you pack the following items (though none are required).
